WordPress 3.2-RC1 requires PHP 5.2.4+. Many servers that still use #PHP v4 and <5.2.4 will be incompatible with new versions of @WordPress.
I anticipate even more outdated WordPress blogs because of the PHP 5.2.4+ requirement.
